In recent months at Compass, we’ve had many conversations about how to do better as individuals to respect Indigenous peoples and facilitate reconciliation in our work. We’ve realized that it’s important to both demonstrate and actionable improvements as a company, and, to take time for listening, learning, and reflecting. This blog represents our commitment to taking the time for ongoing conversation and learning.
