Alternatives: Options Identification for Prescribed Burn Sites in the Park
A total of six sites and adjacent contingency areas were
identified as potential areas for prescribed burning. These sites were
selected based on a preliminary analysis of forest cover (i.e., % pine),
stand age and burn feasibility. The table below provides a brief synopsis of
each site.
