Our Reconciliation Conversation

Welcome to our reconciliation learning space – a place for us to share some of the conversations and resources that have been helpful for us in reflecting on reconciliation in our work and in our lives.

Reconciliation is an imperative for all Canadians, and we are meeting monthly to share articles, books, podcasts, questions, reflections from our own learning, and insights from courses and webinars. In this space, we want to share some of these with you. At the same time, we’ve put some thought into our guiding principles as a company, as well as how to adapt our internal processes and our approaches to our work.
